 It's been a month since I had rhinoplasty with implant-free + double nose + hooked beak + osteotomy + columella enlargement + septum at the tip of the nose! At first, I was only going to reduce the size of the nose bridge with the intention of reducing the size of the nose a little. Suddenly, nose surgery came out and was being advertised, and I heard a lot of people said that they were good at it naturally, so I decided to go for it. It's been a month since I had the nose surgery, and it was so bad that I only had the surgery on the septum without using an implant. I think it's a good thing... My nose originally had a slightly hooked nose and the tip was very saggy, especially the columella, but it seems like everything has improved and I really like it!!!! In particular, the removal of the columella and the osteotomy seem to be a godsend haha. Perhaps because it was done with a non-implant, the major swelling went away within 2 weeks. Less than 2 weeks later, it was Chuseok, so I saw my relatives, but some of them didn't notice because they didn't tell me hahaha. It seemed like it went well naturally. I'm so excited
