I had nose surgery and nostril reduction using 5mm of silicone donated costal cartilage, and the scars from the nose surgery are still visible when I lift my nose. looked up male rhinoplasty reviews myself and consulted mainly based on the reviews before deciding. Men really have noses. I really think you did a good job!!!
