The reason I decided to have revision rhinoplasty was because my concerns were not resolved. The biggest concern was that I wanted a feminine nose, but the nose had an androgynous feel. When choosing a hospital, the most important things I focused on were 1. that the rhinoplasty look be as minimal as possible, and 2. that it blend in well with the face. It was . Before the consultation, I carefully read the doctor's blog posts and YouTube videos, and ultimately chose the director because I liked his thorough consultation, friendly appearance, and follow-up care!! I removed the straight line and the existing implants, and used ear cartilage and nasal septum cartilage to slightly lower the starting point of the nose height and create a rounder feel at the tip of the nose, making it more feminine!!
