For 1.67 million won, I had cartilage tied (using ear cartilage), soft tissue removal, etc. done on the tip of my nose, but no one really knew I had rhinoplasty, even my friends who had known me from the beginning just said, “Did you lose weight?” If you just say things like your nose has become slimmer and you don't know anything about plastic surgery, but you want a natural-looking nose job, I highly recommend tying the tip of your nose!! Oh, and you can't have a pig's nose, but you can move it from side to side (tmi, but I had plastic surgery and it was really amazing, so share it! Hahaha)
