I had a hooked nose surgery in early 2020. The left picture is before surgery, the second picture is 2 months after surgery, and the third picture is just taken lol.
Originally, the nose itself was very high, so I removed the cartilage from one ear and used it as a support in the middle? They made the same thing and had surgery to shave the hooked beak.
I chose autologous cartilage because I wanted something that looked more natural and had fewer side effects than something that looked like I had plastic surgery! If you don't tell them about the plastic surgery, no one will know.
It's been a while, so I don't remember the cost, and I don't know the director's name, but overall, I don't think the director was very kind. Strangely, the
wound on my ear didn't heal well, so I remember the area where the cartilage was harvested still hurting even a year later. The shape of the nose looks high or low depending on the angle, but it feels like the tip is slightly blunter and lower compared to the initial stage of the surgery. But I
went
through all kinds of trouble for the nose surgery. Even my ears are bleeding, so are the implants stuck in my ears? When I took the same thing off, it dried up and it was so painful, and there was so much blood coming out of my nose that I had to go to the emergency room early in the morning. The bruises on my face lasted for almost two months, so maybe I have a special constitution. And I'm sure everyone has experienced this, but I couldn't breathe in the early days after the surgery
. I couldn't rest at all, so it was really hard to sleep at night. I couldn't sleep well and temporarily lost my sense of smell and taste. Even when I drank chocolate milk, it tasted like water, and I couldn't open my mouth much for fear of food touching the gauze, so I couldn't eat much except porridge.
However, I had a lot of complexes, so even if I could go back to that time, I would do rhinoplasty again, but it is a much riskier surgery than I thought. I hope everyone thinks carefully before doing it.
