I received a rhinoplasty consultation today. Although my nose bridge is high, my nose bone is wide when viewed from the front, so I was recommended an osteotomy + 1.5mm silicone + septum at the tip of my nose! I want a naturally high, straight nose, and the doctor said it would look prettier if I put silicone in it, but I'm reluctant to get implants... I looked up the reviews at this hospital and found that they also have non-implants, but it seems dangerous to use cartilage made into powder! Please let me know if there are any reviews of silicone implants or non-silicone implants.
