The hospital where I had my first nose surgery is also a hospital famous for its nose, but the results were terrible... I was
very stressed
. The bridge of my nose was too thick, and I got
much worse results than before the surgery.
Ugly nostrils... ㅠㅠ The same goes for the side view... In fact, it looks worse than before the surgery;;;
I was so stressed out that I looked into
reoperation. For reoperation, I looked for a professional director who had done many reoperations. Since it was a
difficult revision nose surgery, I had to go to many places to find a competent director.
At the hospital where I had the surgery,
the director's consultation was very professional, and he understood the problem of my nose well as soon as
I heard it. I thought about this and was able to have the surgery with confidence
. They said my columella was too curved.
Unlike the first time, they carefully designed it by taking into consideration the columella, nasolabial angle, etc.
The design on the day of the surgery was done so meticulously that it took a very long time. There was
no improvement at all from the first time . I also had surgery on a hooked beak that wasn't working, and since the hospital specializes in reoperations, they were equipped with anti-inflammatory spray and anti-adhesion agents.
This time, the reoperation
was done with 3mm silicone + autologous ribs + abdominal nose correction, and forehead fat grafting was also done at the same time.
I was a little reluctant about autologous ribs. I actually had the surgery and after seeing the results, I thought it was a good job. They said that
the tip of the nose with autologous ribs is the one that doesn't fall off the most, and the scars that I was worried about were not as noticeable as I thought. After the surgery, I
was able to receive a photo after the surgery. I was surprised at how well it went
. Everything was fixed and the side profile line came out just as I wanted.
I was going through a lot of trouble while looking into revision rhinoplasty, but
this time I felt like I was really rewarded...
As I left the operating room, the nurses all held my hand...
When I went to get treatment. The director and manager were all very attentive.
All of the photos were unretouched and there was still some swelling, so please take that into consideration.
All the areas that were stressful were corrected.
The director seems to have really good skills. Even though it has only been a while since the surgery, there was no bruising and there was not much swelling.
