I had a complex about wide nostrils since I was young,
so I kept putting it off. This time, I had my nostrils reduced,
but I don't know if it was successful. I'm still not very satisfied
with the swelling, but
even though it was swollen, it got smaller
. And I can't stand smoking, so why not just smoke? Will it cause a lot of inflammation?
