First effort, no-implant surgery with only the tip of the nose raised with ear cartilage. First of
all, on the 7th day, taping was removed and I want to take a picture of my face and upload it, but I haven't washed my face for 7 days, so I can't bear to upload it because my skin is 5 minutes before the opening... Swelling and

1. Daily Visit & Recovery Process
It may be different for each person, but I visited the hospital four times on the 1st, 2nd, 5th, and 7th days because the
hospital is close to my home. , Vaseline hemostasis on the tip of the nose (a tourniquet pierced through a tube, unlike the common nose cotton) and taping & gauze support. Many other
hospitals say to apply eye ointment or Fucidin to the surgical area, but I did not say that
. It was physically impossible to apply it
on the 1st and 2nd days, antibiotics and swelling injections were given , and the intramuscular
injection of antibiotics that was supposedly hit on the buttocks was a little
painful .
, remove the left ear dressing + remove the stitches on the inside of the nose (it was very annoying because of the cotton, but it's heaven to remove it...)
On the 7th day, taping + tourniquet was removed.
The nose and ear stitches have not been removed yet. I think it will be done on the 9th day. The
post-care cost is included in the surgery fee, so I didn't have to pay extra. It was good.
Instead, it's a small hospital, so note that there is no such thing as a swelling laser that other hospitals do!
Oh, and after the surgery, he only gave me an antibiotic prescription and extra hemostatic gauze under my nose, and he didn't take care of anything else!
(There are many hospitals that take care of ice packs, painkillers, sterile cotton swabs, etc.)

The area around the nose was barely swollen and there was no bruising
. It feels swollen with almost no difference!
I still have to watch for 2 more weeks for the big swelling to go down.
Instead, there was some swelling and bruising on the ear side.
Especially, there was a little wide bruising on the part where the cartilage was removed, behind the ear, and on the scalp. Even now, on the 7th day, when I lie on my side, it bothers me and hurts. For
swelling management, back cushion + pumpkin juice + coconut water + Angelica Gui Susan Banosin tripline, but I'm not sure if it worked because there was little swelling
. I think it's better to avoid it right after..
I took it until the 5th day, but I felt that the main effect of those medicines was to improve blood circulation, so it didn't stop bleeding well (I stopped taking the medicine until the 5th day, and the bleeding stopped right away)
3. Kosom
I thought he was talking about the Vaseline cotton swab attached to the tip of his nose, but when he said the common cotton ball, he was talking about Merocell for hemostasis that even fills the nasal cavity!
I didn't touch the bridge of my nose, so when the surgery was over, he just took the cotton out, so I was able to breathe through my nose from the first
day
. It's true that it's a little uncomfortableㅠ
If you breathe out heavily, it comes out, and when you touch the suture, it's uncomfortable and stinging, maybe because I have weak skin, but there was some skin irritation
. Where are you... I think...
FYI, I had some bleeding until the 5th day...! After that, only runny nose kept coming out
4. Splint & taping
What's amazing is

I didn't even use a splint. But
on the other hand, since they didn't use a splint or a hemostatic pad, I thought it was the same that they cared about the patient's convenience as much

possible .
I bought a cotton swab and put it inside my nose and scratched it.
5.
As I wrote
in the previous post, it was an incision in the front of the ear.
Among the reviews, there was a review saying that earphones could not be worn, so many people seemed to be
worried .
The head of counseling said that it is true that there was such a case, and that I could be the same. I
tend to wear earphones, so I
was worried about choosing another hospital because of this. I liked this hospital, so I just proceeded with the mindset that if I can't wear earphones, I'll wear a headset.
In the end, there was no problem...!
On the 6th day, I was so excited to remove the ear dressing, so I wiped it off with a Buzz Pro alcohol swab and tried it on, but there was no problem with wearing it (I don't know about
earpods, but if it became a Buzz, that would work
too

6. Washing
They told me to wash my hair from the 5th day, but I couldn't stand it, so I went to the hair salon on the 3rd day to cover my ears and shampoo. Fortunately, the
dressing
didn't come in contact with water and nothing
happened. I bought it, wiped it off, and finished it with a wet towel.
It removed oil and waste, but I couldn't help but have trouble.
I just took a shower from the
first day
.
I was a bit worried because they said a lot, “If you like the line, the surgery is ruined.”
Luckily, as of the 7th day, the side line hasn’t changed
much
. I wanted a more natural complex improvement, so I'm still
very satisfied
.
Needless to say, I could feel that the doctor, counselor, and operating room nurse all have good personalities.
I really felt a lot of trust in the fact that he told me honestly without lies before the surgery and was more attentive to the patient after the surgery than before.

I know that the cost is high for a first surgery, and you receive almost twice as much for a second surgery, but if you
