 It's been 10 days~ A 2mm silicone osteotomy was also performed. I used ear cartilage at the tip of the nose and a donated rib. Because it's a bokko, I also tied the cartilage at the tip of the nose. Swelling still remains, so the nose and ear stitches will be removed in the 2nd week. When will the swelling go away? I'm still satisfied, but I'm curious even after the swelling subsides.
