Hi!
I really wanted to have a surgery that would only improve the parts that bother me and that would
be as invisible as possible, so that even my parents wouldn't know. In fact, I have chronic rhinitis, so I looked into functional rhinoplasty first, but I decided to get cosmetic rhinoplasty as well since I was getting the surgery anyway. I don't hate my nose, and I had surgery done by people around me!! And I felt burdened by it...
There are many famous hospitals that advertise a lot, and I live in Seoul, so I considered getting it done at a plastic surgery clinic in Seoul, but I also referred to a friend's recommendation and looked for a place that would do the least amount of manipulation as naturally as possible, so I ended up going to Anyang.
My nose bridge was originally high like a man's (it's not obvious in the picture, but there was a director who thought I put the filler in wrong and tried to touch it ㅠㅠ) and my relatively low nose tip looked droopy, so I got it raised naturally and trimmed the beak while I was at it.
I didn't get osteotomy, but I raised the droopy nose tip by using septal cartilage to support the nose bridge. I also got functional nose surgery at the same time.
The surgery took about an hour and a half or two hours, and it was over when I closed my eyes...
I went back in a day to get the cotton in my nose removed, and I went back in a week to get the stitches removed.
Until the stitches were removed, I used a silicone shower cap that I had ordered in advance to wash my hair and shower well, but it was really hard not being able to wash my face.
During the recovery period, the mucous membrane was swollen, so it was hard to breathe through my mouth. Since I have rhinitis, I'm used to it so it wasn't that hard for meㅋㅋㅋ Even before they took out the cotton, everyone wrote reviews saying they would die because they had to breathe through their mouths while sleeping, but I just slept really well... If you have chronic rhinitis, you won't think much about it after rhinoplasty. Even if I had a little runny nose, I couldn't breathe through my nose.
Anyway, the front didn't change much after the surgery, but I don't have a flat nose and I like the front of my nose anyway, so I liked it. The side line got cleaner and the tip of my nose, which was down, went up
so I'm really happy. My parents and friends only know that I had rhinitis surgery and don't know about cosmetic nose, but they said that I just looked prettier and asked if I got my hair done or lost weightㅎㅎ
Surprisingly, I'm satisfied with my functional nose, but it's the first time I realized that I can breathe even with a runny nose;;; Even though a functional nose isn't a permanent effect, I'm satisfied because I can breathe comfortably for the first time in my life. The only
inconveniences are that I can't pick my nose as I used to and that the tip of my nose is fixed? If I stretch it all the way down to the philtrum like before, it feels pulled and I can't have a pig nose ㅜㅜ And the blackheads I got from taping still haven't gone away ㅎㅎ
But they said I can press and touch my nose or pick it after a month from the surgery, so I'm going to take good care of it until then and try hard to pick it out ㅎㅎ
Anyway, I'm saying this just in case. I'm not a broker, I'm just writing a review because I'm really satisfied. There are no reviews on Seongye Temple.
By the way, this is a hospital that doesn't give any events or discounts even if you write a review, and the prices are on the website ㅎㅎ
