After that, I also had a consultation with the director, who looked at the condition of my nose very carefully. He explained in detail why my nose was shaped like that after the first surgery. In other places, they say you have to use donated rib or autologous rib, but here, they said they would try reusing the septum and use it if necessary, so I was more attracted to them.

After the surgery, they said they reused my septum cartilage (fortunately) and replaced the existing silicone and used ear cartilage.
I toss and turn a lot when I sleep, so I was worried that my ears might be uncomfortable, but surprisingly, it was fineㅋ It could also be because I slept sitting up for over a week to recover quicklyㅋㅋ
I felt so old-fashioned after my first rhinoplasty, but after the revision surgery and the swelling went down, both nostrils were corrected well and I can see the lines are good, so I'm satisfiedㅋㅋ
