I used custom silicone for the bridge of my nose and donated ribs and septum for the tip of my nose.
At the beginning of the surgery, I was very uncomfortable and I regretted it because I like exercising but I can't exercise anymore, but now my impression has become much clearer and I'm very satisfied! It was hard because I kept changing my mind during the design, but I just left it to the director and it turned out much better. It's amazing. I hope everyone has a safe surgery.
