 About 5 years ago, I had surgery using ear cartilage, donated rib, and silicone, but
at some point it started to rise and everyone asked what was wrong with my nose ㅠㅠ
So in the end, after doing a lot of research,
I found that BYㅇㅇ had good consultations and good reviews,
so I had revision surgery with my own rib at Director Oh Seung-il. There were other hospitals that wanted to remove the silicone first, but
I absolutely could not tolerate my nose bridge becoming too low ㅠㅠ ㅋ
When I went for the consultation, I said I wanted something fancy, right?
When he asked if I had a picture of the nose I wanted , I showed him several
screenshots of reviews and screenshots of influencers and
models, but he said it was too high ㅠㅠㅋ I need to lower my upturned nose right now, but I got greedy and
the cartilage would show through and I got hit hard because my bone was so high ㅠㅠㅋ
After looking at all the pictures I brought, he said it's important to make it fit your face ㅋㅋ
I was a little embarrassed, but he was right.. Yeah, yeah.. He
took a picture of my face and photoshopped it
and did a virtual plastic surgery on the spot, which was really helpful.
When he really raised it to look like the picture I brought, something felt weird and it
looked separate from my face. Yeah, yeah... I get it, but he
kept insisting that I make it fancy.. even if it wasn't possible, he made it look like a real nose.. ㅋㅋ Until right before the surgery..ㅋ
I saw the director after the surgery and he explained the surgery, and
he said that the rib donation that was put in before seemed to have been absorbed and
that the silicone was changed to a slightly lower one.
The next day, when I came to get the cotton removed, he asked if it was really fancy, and
he said that he made the shape as much as possible and showed me a picture taken in the operating room ㅋㅋ
It was noticeable I couldn't see well because of my tears, but I think it came out pretty.
But after
a week, I took off the cast and had a surgery. ㅠㅠㅋㅋㅋ
I can laugh now, but back then, my nose really did look upturned, and when I looked in the mirror, I thought I was going crazy because all I could see was my nostrils.
The director said it would go down well when the swelling went down, but I didn't hear it ㅋㅋ
But as time passed, the swelling went down and the shape gradually came out ㅋㅋ
I went for a 3-gallon follow-up last week and she said there were no major problems and it seemed to be settling in well.
Everyone around me said it was a good idea to get the surgery, so I feel good ㅋㅋ
There was less costochondritis pain than I thought. Of course, it didn't hurt at all ㅠㅋ I
don't feel anything now, but the costochondritis scar is a bit left. She said it's because of my constitution and
it will fade with time. I'm going to get a tattoo to cover it up later ㅋㅋ
