I originally had a low nose and it was my biggest complex, but while reading reviews of rhinoplasty, I saw someone who had the exact same nose I wanted and made an appointment for a consultation at Lowell right away!
I got silicone for the tip of my nose and ear cartilage and donated ribs!!
In particular, the director and Director Kim Jae-yoon kindly and thoroughly answered all my questions during the consultation, and during the consultation, they said they would recommend using donated ribs over nasal septum or ear cartilage even if it was your own family member, so I set a date for the surgery right away!!
The reason is that the donated rib itself is stronger than the nasal septum, and the nasal septum needs to be considered when undergoing surgery because of the tendency for the tip of the nose to fall, but on the other hand, the donated rib has a stronger advantage over the autologous rib in terms of scarring. I remember what they said, but...ㅎ
And here, they say they triple-fix it to firmly support the tip of the nose so that it doesn't fall as much as possible,
but after the surgery, it really is like that!!ㅎㅎ
First of all, on the day of the surgery and the first day, I slept sitting up, but I think I woke up every 10 minutes.
After that, I think I slept a little longer. After the surgery, I think they took good care of me, so I didn't do a lot of steaming and just applied ointment, but there was almost no bruising or swelling. I ate everything I wanted... On the first day of the surgery, I ate rice cakesㅎㅎ
People around me said that my mood had changed and that it went so well, and they all asked me where I got it done. I'm 100% satisfied with my nose surgeryㅎㅎ I'm now satisfied with my nose, which used to be a complex.
Anyway, I highly recommend it.
