<3주차><3주차><3주차><수술후 2주차><전><전><전><1개월차><1개월차 +><1개월차 +>The reason I had rhinoplasty first was because
I had had rhinoplasty three times before, and
the first time I did it because I wanted a tall and fancy nose! At this time, I used the donor rib + Gore-Tex, but it was too high and
did not improve my chubby nose, so
I replaced the implant with a lower one for the second time. For the
third time, the donor rib used for the first time fell off and had an odd shape, so
I had to re-operate and had inflammatory symptoms. So. Even though I used the nasal septum and ear cartilage
, the tip of my nose fell off over time! (People who have had inflammation say that the tip of the nose can fall off more easily!
So I thought this was the 4th and last time and
did this
: autologous rib + columella correction + abdominal nose correction + lateral osteotomy
!!
First, the pain in the autologous rib started the day after surgery, on the 2nd and 3rd days. It only hurt a little,
but my condition suddenly improved after the 4th day.
I didn't feel any discomfort and was taking care of the scar ointment given by the hospital where I had the surgery.
As this was my 4th revision rhinoplasty, I made a careful decision
to proceed safely but successfully! I preferred to have it done!
I was very worried that inflammation would occur again, and since it was my 4th time, I thought it was important to get the nose I wanted,
so I chose the hospital more carefully, and I knew that
even
though it was a non-implant product, I could get a gorgeous look like this
! I felt very fortunate that my nose had become thinner!! I was
told that if I corrected my nose a lot, it could cause inflammation due to poor blood circulation, but
I was able to get the surgery without worrying about my nose tip dropping since they said it would be done safely!!
For those who have this condition or a previous history of inflammation,
I recommend that they undergo revision rhinoplasty in a place that is safe and as close to the desired result as possible. (I suffered from previous inflammation.)
