Now, my bare arms are invisible if I stay still!!
My muscular arms have lost all the fat to the point that my muscles stand out. There was
really little bruising and swelling from the beginning, so I think it's going away quickly.
It was quite painful, so I took 3 days off after the surgery and rested
. I continued to stretch regularly and steadily!
I also continued to gently sweep my arms with my hands consistently! As a result,
