even when I stood up straight,
I looked like a big brother. ㅜㅜㅠ Even with the naked eye, I was in the same position as my older brother
. Apart from the visible decrease, I was able to notice it. It was completely fine.
Since it was so big, I took out 1400cc (arm + arm). It
was really, really amazing that
other than the bruise that went down the side on the 3rd day, there were no blue bruises on my forearms, and I took a shower on the 3rd day. It was amazing!
When I saw other reviews, I was mentally prepared because there were a lot of purple bruises, but they
were just yellow bruises and didn't look that big!
A toast to the director’s skills!
Here, I am once again amazed at the skill of the director in charge! It has a large capacity, but it's really amazing - I've never seen any bruises outside of the compression garment!
In the first week, I focused on recovery,
ate well,
made sure to drink 2 liters of water a day, and
took a walk for 20-30 minutes in the evening!
The photo was taken on the 7th or 8th day, and I took it because I was surprised that not a single bruise was visible~ hehe
