I received a review of forearm breathing
from Dr. Wonjun Kim of Roble Avenue, and
I received a lot of help from here, so I hope it helps someone like me!
Since I live in a local area, I didn't even bother and did it right here at this hospital. Everyone tried to stop me, maybe if I had done it, I might not have done it here! I am satisfied with the surgery itself, but
I hope that the surgeons will try their best to decide on everything else!
There are two tips I want to give!
You can just read that haha. I'll mark it with a ✨. I
got my arms, armpits, and bra line done at 360 degrees.
I'm not someone who bruises easily, but the bruises went all the way down to the bones on the back of my hands. Sacrum? There were bruises even there.
On the 3rd and 4th day, Doraemon's hands were there!! That's it...
I was worried that the bruises would get deeper, but
by the 5th day, the bruises on my hands had completely disappeared, and Doraemon's hands were gone too!!
Still, I was quite embarrassed because I did it without my family knowing.
After that, I recovered day by day, and
now it's the 13th day, and I'm fully able to do it, and only a few red bruises remain on my forearm!
✨Ah! It will hurt a lot in the beginning after the surgery, but
you need to be careful of the wrinkles in the compression garment.
I have lines that look like wrinkles, but I feel like it will take quite a while for them to go away...
✨ Also, be sure to have a wrist strap for washing your face before doing upper body breathing. do!! The compression garment gets wet every time I wash my face. It costs 3000-5000 won at Coupang!
Other than that, I am generally satisfied!
I'm glad that the fat on my arms is gone, which was a lifelong dream.
I think it will feel more real now when I wear short sleeves haha.
