I had liposuction on my thighs for breast fat grafting. It was more than 10 years ago, and I exercised regularly, so I don’t think there were any major side effects. But liposuction is done on the buttocks as well... It's only removed from the thighs and under the buttocks, right? They say that the ligaments that support the buttocks are always damaged. Then your butt will sag. I could never raise that through exercise. No matter how much weight you lose, it doesn't work because you artificially lost it somewhere else. So, I am currently looking into liposuction to reconstruct the bottom line of the buttocks. If you really want to get liposuction on the thighs, get the buttocks done too. If your buttocks are dangerous, I recommend finding a hospital that does it right and getting it done together!
