I have never been a hobby^^
It was so close to the inside of my thighs that I was stressed every time I walked, but I made up my mind and got a fat extraction injection!
I've had fat-dissolving injections a few times, but sadly they didn't really work for me. It's only been a week, and there's a lot of swelling and lumps, so I can't see any big changes, but the
lines have cleared up a bit, and I don't think I'm thinner than before... ?
What kind of exercise or stretching should I do after thigh fat extraction? Please recommend it.
