 I did a wedding photo shoot a few days ago, and even to me, the after photo looks amazing, but
I did it without anyone knowing, so this is the only place I can brag about it, so I
'm writing this post to brag about it and compare the before photos~!
Before Rams, my arm circumference was 30.5cm,
now it's 25.6cm, and I've lost about 6cm of arm fat.
It's been 5 months since Rams, and it's gone down steadily by the 3rd month, and
by the 4th-5th month, it's been falling out little by little. It would be more correct to call it maintenance.
I'm obese with thin arms and a strong upper body, so
I honestly thought Rams was Oba, but because of my marriage, I turned around and yelled at my friend,
and out of all the beauty procedures I've had, I don't regret it the most.
Ah, you're probably most curious about the pain level, but of course it's the pain.
This was my first time getting a local anesthetic and a Rams injection, and I slightly regret it.
But 3 minutes? After a while, I got used to the pain and my brain got used to it,
or maybe it was because of the anesthesia, but I felt better and
I can drink with the director. I'm a lot older haha.
I ended up having a small talk to relieve my tension!
It is possible to return to normal life the next day, but it is inconvenient.
I just went out to get rid of the swelling quickly, but it was bearable!
Still, if you're an office worker, like me, I recommend going to Rams on Friday, taking a break over the weekend, and then going to work on Monday. I
was just going to chat for a bit, but the content ended up being long haha.
