Time flies so fast haha.
I've gotten used to my arms as if they were my own.
Because it's winter, I wear knits under padding, but
in the past, I used to wear knits with wide arms so that the flesh
sticking out on the sides was somehow managed. I said I would cover it,
but even if I cover it, when I take a picture indoors,
that soft and
delicate feeling doesn't come out... and it
makes me look bulky. Maybe it's because my arms are straight out now, but
that space still remains,
no matter how big the knit I saw at the shopping mall is. Soft feeling!!!
Do you know what it feels like??!!! And I didn't even think about buying tight-fitting knits, but now I can choose a knit that fits my arms perfectly. I'm
so proud.
Before, I tried dieting
but it didn't solve the fundamental problem, so
I felt like I was stuck even though I kept trying,
but now I feel better
and my diet is going well. Haha.
After the surgery . I feel like I really get a synergy effect
if I go on a diet afterwards
!!!!! The lines are getting prettier, and
every time I go for after-care, the teachers compliment me every week, saying that my lines are getting prettier haha.
Everyone on a diet, cheer up!!!!
