 It's been almost two months since I had the arm fat extraction procedure.
Time goes by really quickly.
After the procedure, I thought I should wear pretty clothes and walk around all the time, but
it's been so hot lately that I've been stuck at home ha;;
The swelling in my arms went down quickly in the beginning, but
lately it has been going down a little more slowly, so
I am going on a stricter diet starting this week.
I
am working hard, but why is it not going down
? It's all a lie that I don't have an appetite in the summer;;
I didn't take the diet pills prescribed by the hospital, but I'm
just dieting and exercising a little.
It's not even two months yet, so if I manage it hard, I'll lose more, right?
