I had silicone buildup after my first surgery, so I had no intention of using silicone again. There were also places that suggested using silicone, but I passed. This time, I wanted to do it safely with a steam membrane. After consulting and looking into the materials, I ended up deciding on Alloderm for the bridge of the nose and autologous ribs for the tip of the nose. Alloderm
? Donated dermis is an unfamiliar material, so I did a lot of research here and there before the surgery, but hehe. Everyone has been asking a lot about Alloderm, how much the donated dermis is absorbed, and whether the bridge of the nose will become bumpy as it is absorbed, so I will tell you what I felt about it. Let’s go!! Still, there will probably be some individual differences!
I usually have a low nose bridge, so I think I raised my nose bridge a little higher than other people! Maybe it was because of over-correction, but it looked really high the week after getting the splint. But
my worries at the time were for naught, and now it looks more natural than ever! I thought the starting point between the eyebrows was too high, but as time went by and the starting point between the eyebrows and the bridge of the nose were all absorbed, it became more natural. ** Also, the
skin on my nose did not stretch well and was a little different due to contractures. Rather than raising the nose, I raised the nostrils. I had surgery with the goal of lowering the tip of my nose so that it wouldn't be visible. Human greed is endless... Obviously, before I reapplied, I said that it doesn't matter if it's high or not, so please just lower the tip of the nose to make it look like a pig's nose... LOL As time passed, my nose became more natural, and now. Since the face is familiar to the eye, the nose seems a bit low. Should I make it a little higher? Sometimes I think, haha.. When I look at the pre-surgery photos, I realize that my current nose is the best!!!

Anyway, the donated dermis is dermis, not an implant, so when you look at the photos taken by others, the bridge of the nose does not feel smooth like silicone... But it does become bumpy, like a severely hooked beak ( ~~ ). I don’t think so.. I guess I should just say that as time goes by, I feel like my natural nose shape is coming out a little bit..! The bridge of the nose definitely looks much more natural than silicone!!
But natural noses, including celebrities and acquaintances around me, all have a curve to some degree. It's just that curved, so it doesn't look like a nose that had surgery and looks more natural. -- Feels like the bridge of the nose -- And when silicone was put in, the bridge of the nose felt

. This feels like the bridge of the nose is a little softer than silicone.
As with all surgeries, it takes a lot of time and time is short.. I was a little worried at first because my nose looked very high...! I guess I needed a little time to get my nose in place haha. I think everything is good except that I needed a little time because of the early avatar period..!! As time has passed, my nose has settled down well, and now I don't remember the nose that was built before the reoperation. It's so nice to be able to take off the mask with confidence these days without worrying about my nose. Oh, and the autologous costal cartilage used on the tip of my nose feels a bit better when I touch the tip of my nose
. It's a bit different, but I don't think it's so much that it's very uncomfortable and feels like a foreign body! If you don't touch it, it doesn't really bother you haha.
