I did my first one here, too, but then two years have passed since I used a mesh implant for the implant, and an inflammatory reaction occurred, so I removed it and replaced it with an autologous rib. I wanted my nose to come out like the first time I did it, but even though I did it with my own ribs, it wasn’t flashy at all and it was lumpy and the nose tip was too high than before, so my nose was raised and my nostrils were visible. Im rethinking it because its all falling out and my nose is getting smaller.
