I'm looking forward to it. My face has a V-line and is a bit asymmetrical, but other than that, I have a face with no angular features and a slightly long face. I intentionally asked for the line to be straight rather than straight. My goal was to correct the image rather than improve the image, so I wanted a straight nose. Since I have a long philtrum, I did not lower the columella because it would look longer if the nostrils were visible. And since the columella was missing to some extent, I received accurate consultation on all aspects of nose shape, nasolabial fold, and columella.
Surgery details:
I requested that the beak be shaved, leaving a little bit of the beak, and since
the bridge of the nose was normal, I used non-implant ear cartilage and nasal septum to raise the tip of the nose and improve the nose.
The surgery was done on October 14th and the photo is from yesterday.
The front, back, sides, top and bottom are all very flat. It's exactly what I wanted. When viewed from the side, the nose has some volume, but I'm just thankful to God for making the nose line pointed. My philtrum is long, so the tip of my nose doesn't get hot when I smile or talk, so I spend time. It doesn't seem like the tip of the nose will be that bad after all

Nose surgery tip:
If you have lip fillers or fillers on your face, it's a good idea to dissolve them. That way, you can properly see the harmony with your face, such as the angle of the nasolabial angle and the degree of columella descent. Of course, it doesn't matter if the filler is heavily applied, but unless you plan on having filler for the rest of your life, think about this before surgery.
And objectively understand my face -> I have a good overall facial harmony, but my impression is a bit untidy due to the hooked nose or the flared nostrils, so I had surgery to improve this area. Before the surgery, I emphasized it several times, conveyed my thoughts well, and made sure I knew what I wanted. I delivered everything and had the surgery.
