For my first nose surgery, I went to an old hospital and had it done because I thought they would do it all in Seoul, but
6 years later, I didn't like the shape of my nose, so I decided to have it again.
Original nose = box nose + snub nose + disappearance of the bridge of the nose + extremely dry nose skin. Thick
material = use of autologous ribs.
I didn't want something completely flashy.
I wanted something in the middle of natural + flashy.
People who really suffer from nose problems thought about autologous ribs
because they were worried about making a wrong rib and causing inflammation and contracture, cutting out the inflamed area, and
removing the inflamed tissue. Even if you reconstruct it, it won't look pretty anyway and there are limitations, so be sure to think carefully before deciding on surgery.
And if you want to make your nose more spectacular, be sure to use costal cartilage. You will be satisfied.
