Surgical details
1. Beak osteotomy
2. Both nasal bones osteotomy
3. Tip ear cartilage, columella ear cartilage erection
4. No implants
I had rhinoplasty with costal cartilage two years ago and had revision rhinoplasty a week ago. The existing costal cartilage was removed, the beak hump was ground, and both nasal bones were cut and brought together. The tip of the nose was erected with ear cartilage elevation and columella ear cartilage.
The swelling is really bad, and the area between the eyebrows and the tip of the nose are especially blunt and swollen. When will it go down? The side is fine, but the front is unmanageable.
