I put the tip of my nose with ear cartilage and the nasal septum, but the cartilage is blunt and so "my cartilage".
Functionally it's great (I'm breathing now)
Externally, it doesn't look real. It's the same before and after the surgery, but now it's more lumpy and it looks like a pig's nose.
