I had surgery today at 11 am.
I wasn't nervous at all until I lay down on the operating table, but
when they put the pulse measuring device on my finger, I started really nervous
. The sound of my pulse was so fast,
I was a little embarrassed.
The surgeons talked a lot about sedation anesthesia
, so I tried that too. I was preparing to feel it
with my eyes closed, thinking, 'I'm hallucinating now too ^ㅡ^', but
this was so painful that they gave me an injection of local anesthesia
and I started crying, and
the doctor said something like 'You're a good girl without screaming'... Haha, I couldn't sleep. Instead of being able to hear
, I could hear the rattling of the surgical instruments and felt
a little helpless... ㅡㅡ
Anyway, I got two or three anesthetic injections in my ears and about eight in my nose ... It really hurt. It was so strong
no
matter where I went. I tend to hear this a lot, but even if I hold it in with my teeth clenched,
it still brings tears to my eyes. In particular,
the injection was placed in the thin skin under the nose and around the nostrils ... Haha
, I didn't feel that upset when the ear cartilage was collected.
The sound of the bone being cut was a bit uncomfortable... haha The bone was cut
with something like a chewing gum stick on the floor.
Sharpen it ㅡㅡ
I shaved it in the middle of the bridge of my nose because I have a slightly hooked nose.
And when the silicone enters the nose, that "stiff~~~"
feeling... I'll never forget it for the rest of my life haha.
Approximate procedure of surgery.
Nose hair shaving -> Nose and ear disinfection -> Ear anesthesia -> Ear cartilage collection ->
Nose anesthesia. -> Nose bone shaving -> Nose pillar erection (med pores and
ear cartilage) -> Silicone insertion
After returning home, I applied a cold compress occasionally
(I'm lazy so I'm not good at taking care of it)
, took the medicine, and there was no swelling until the afternoon, and only my eyes
were a little more puffy. But in the afternoon, my ears
started to throbbing, and in the evening, my ears
felt a little better, but my whole nose felt heavy and bruised.
(I don't know if the bruising is real or not)
There are also small bruises on both sides of my eyes...
there is no swelling or anything like that. Maybe because it's the first day.
I'm really scared of what happens tomorrow.
My eyes are so far forward
that I don't want to see them. Is the eye drooping ever going to come back?
I think the doctor sutured them..
Since my eyes were previously epicanthoplastized,
they are really ugly to look at.... My mom also criticized me for throwing away all the characters... Anyway
, I'll try to upload a photo too.
For those of you who are about to have nose surgery,
please note that it is just like this :)
